The fifth of six children born to Francis and Matilda Bwalya, Chileshe’s first memories of music and singing go as far back as when she was just three years old, when she first realized her love for music and singing. Her educational sojourn helped her appreciate the values inherent in every individuals’ dreams and aspirations and channeling this knowledge into her everyday life has helped her mature into the woman she is today.

Her journey into Gospel music first blossomed in 2012 while she was embarking on a journey of self-realization and discovery of her true purpose.  She had just joined Miracles by Fire church and meeting with Prophet Humphrey Mwale gave her some of the answers she needed.

Though a multi award winning singer, song writer and praise and worship leader, Chileshe isn't focused on winning accolades and titles though; she has dedicated her life to the servitude of God’s work and this has become her only focus and spreading HIS word through her innate talent of music and singing has become her number one priority.

Chileshe Bwalya Mumba will be in the hot seat with K’Chinga on this week’s episode of ZedTop 10 and he will be talking about what inspired him at such an early age to get into music, as well as the calibre of talents he has worked with over the years.
