Zambezi Magic in collaboration with Multichoice Zambia is celebrating 5 years of sharing our stories, and what better way to do so by giving you the opportunity to share more stories! Join in on the birthday celebrations by producing your own 5-minute movie across any genre! The top 5 winning movies (chosen at the discretion of channel) will walk away with a cash prize of ZMK10,000 as well as an opportunity to further their skills.

The competition is open to anyone and everyone who is a fan of the channel and who would like to share their story. So what are you waiting for? We invite you to record a 5-minute movie with 4 of your friends and family including YOU! The 5-MAN MOVIE CREW IS YOUR WHOLE TEAM, that being crew and cast in totality. You can have 2 cast, 1 camera man, 1 editor, 1 sound engineer OR 1 cast, 2 camera men, 1 make up artist or 1 editor. That’s just an  example so get creative!

Don’t forget to submit you crew list when you submit to channel!

PRIZE
Zambezi Magic will select a total 5 of movies based on creativity, story, market relevance and cinematography. The winning movies will each receive ZMK10,000. The channel will further select an overall winning movie, which may be aired on Zambezi Magic in addition to the cash prize.

Before you complete your submission make sure you have everything that is required:

1. You have filmed and edited your movie
2. The movie is in .mov or .mp4 format
3. The movie is no longer than 5 minutes (longer movies will be disqualified)
4. You have your written synopsis for the movie
5. You know your credit-list/crew-list for the movie
6. OPTIONAL: You have 3 images that represent your movie
