Most people know him as Mic Burner, but Michael Mandona is one of 2 siblings born in Ndola, Zambia. Though he was born and started school in Ndola, he graduated high school in Lusaka.

Though he had an affinity for sports like basketball, tennis and swimming, he always seemed to find his way back to music which he excelled in. After graduating college with a major in business management and catering, he landed his first job as a waiter in a restaurant in Lusaka, all the while, honing his lyrical skills and sharpening his game.

He has since gone on to embrace his passion for music and turn it into not just a hobby but a full time gig. Armed with several hits under his belt, it was no wonder he was one of the local artistes called upon to create the soundtracks for the series Fever.

The multiple nominated and multi-award winning Mic Burner kept very busy with a slew of accolades and achievements which have seen him drop several music videos to some of his monster hits, most notably “Fuss” and "Kenneth Kaunda".

Mic Burner will be in the hot seat with K’Chinga on this week’s episode of ZedTop 10 and he will be talking about everything; from alleged beef with some local artistes to aspirations about his future projects and collaborations.
