HOW TO ENTER:
<ol><li>The competition will be hosted on the Zambezi Magic website at <a href="http://www.zambezimagic.tv">www.zambezimagic.tv</a>&nbsp; from the 21st of August 2020 at 08.30hrs and closes on the 4th of September 2020 at 11.59hrs. Winners will be announced on the 11th of September 2020 on the Zambezi Magic social media pages.</li><li>Competition will be announced on the Zambezi Magic Facebook page (@ZambeziMagicTV) on the 14th of August 2020 at 08.30hrs (CAT).</li><li>Viewers are required to engage in the Friday Facebook Live Chats and take a screenshot of their engagement (ensure that your name is visibly clear) then complete entry form and upload proof of engagement.</li><li>3 lucky winners will be selected at the end of the campaign period and announced on social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).</li><li>Winners will be selected at the discretion of the Channel. The decision will be deemed as final and no correspondence will be entered.</li><li>Winners will have up until the 3rd business day of the following month to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed, then the prize will be subsequently forfeited and rolled over to the next person.</li><li>The competition is open to residents of Zambia who are 18 years and above of age.</li><li>The prize is non-transferable.</li>

26.3 you indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless against any claim by your partner or any third party in the event that your partner suffers any loss or damage pursuant to your partner&rsquo;s acceptance and/or use of a prize;&nbsp; 
26.4 any minor will be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.27. If you fail or, if your partner (if applicable) fails, to comply with any of the terms and conditions, then without prejudice to any other remedy which we may have, &ndash;&nbsp; 
27.1 you will be automatically disqualified and you will forfeit the prize/s (in the event that you have already won a prize); 
27.2 &nbsp;you will pay us for any loss or damage incurred by us directly or indirectly as a result of your (or, if applicable, your partner&#39;s) non compliance, including all of our legal costs (including attorney and own client costs) which we may incur in taking any steps pursuant to your (or your partner&rsquo;s) non-compliance; and&nbsp;

For purposes hereof, &quot;affiliate&quot; means our partners, co promoters and sponsors of this competition, our subsidiaries, our and their subsidiaries and respective holding companies, the subsidiaries of their holding companies, and our and their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives.&nbsp;&nbsp;29. These terms and conditions will be construed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of contract and dispute resolution in the Republic of South Africa.30.
